Strong Admonitions
When the seeker looks at some of the sayings of the Holy Infallibles (a), he finds that they emphasize certain matters with strong admonitions and forceful language. They did this in order to caution their followers against certain matters. When we consider how obstinate we are in ignoring the central realities of life, we see how this kind of severity is needed to get us moving. It's like waking someone from a long hibernation.
One example of this kind of saying is the one in which Amir al-Mu'mineen Ali (a) talks about the nature of the relationship between the worshipper and his Lord: "I don't know anyone but he is ignorant of the reality of what lies between him and his Lord" (Bihar al-Anwar, v. 78, p. 107).

شدة التعبير
عندما يتأمل المتأمل في روايات المعصومين (ع) يجد أنهم يتطرقون إلى بعض الأمور بشيء من التأكيد ، يتجلى من خلال شدة التعبير وقوة التمثيل ، لردع أصحابها عن ارتكاب تلك الأمور ..فإننا نلاحظ غفلة معظم الخلق عن حقائق واضحة ، بها قوام سعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة ، وعليه فإن التذكير بهذه الحقائق الجامعة بين الوضوح والمصيرية في حياة العباد ، يحتاج إلى شيء من العنف والشدّة لتحريك هذا الوجدان ، بما يوجب انقلاباً في النفس يوقظها بعد طول سبات ..ومن هذه الروايات المعبّـرة عن شدة تأذي أولياء الحق من طبيعة علاقة العباد بربهم ، ما ورد عن أمير المؤمنين (ع) أنه قال : { ما أعرف أحداّ ، إلا وهو أحمق في ما بينه وبين ربه }البحار-ج78ص107.
