In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the Merciful

The Belief in the Oneness of Allah in Himself

Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on
Mohammed and the households of Mohammed, peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

I heard Allah (the Great and Almighty) say in surah I-shura There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the seeing
    (Holy Qur’an (42:11
    Chapter (42) Suart l-shura
    لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ

Allah is Glorified, is One, Unique in Himself, no one of His creatures is like Him
It is a fact dictated by sound intellect and scientific reasoning. It is logically accepted that the self of cause is different from the effect .The self of the carpenter is different rent from the chair .The self of the painter differs from that of the picture, and so the self of the Creator id quite different from that of the creatures

It is worth mentioning that the human intellect can only perceive that which has an image which man invokes in his own mind. Allah, the Glorified, is far from being reducible to this, and that is why the mind cannot fathom His essence

How can man perceive the essence of the Divine self while he is unable to discover the truth about the material of the universe. Though he can see and feel it and can describe it and know its effects. He, still, cannot know its essence , even if he can break it down into its component elements

The Belief in the oneness of Allah in His Attributes

Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on Mohammed and the households of Mohammed, peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

I heard Allah (the Great and Almighty) say in surah Al-Saffat Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe
      Holy Qur’an Chapter: 37, Verse: 180
      سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

He alone has the glorious attributes .He has complete absoluteness, in knowledge, power, will, wisdom, independence, etc. He is above all faults, and so one is like Him in His attributes. It is logical that the attributes follow the self, and so the qualities of the sun are different from that of the dust, likewise, Allah’s attributes are different from that of the creatures

It clarifies that He, alone, possesses the praised attributes
This is the meaning of Allah’s saying

Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe

That means that Allah is above any fault the polytheists attribute to Him. The belief in the oneness of Allah in His attributes cannot be comprehended except after stating the attributes which are truly Allah’s. They are called the attributes of perfection like having power, Knowledge, will, choice, life, eternity, perpetuity and wisdom, etc. This entails denying whatever attributes that are not His. Like that of imperfection and fault , like the need for time and space, doing evil, incarnation , movement , having members of greatness or the negative attributes

(….nothing like a likeness of Him; and He is the Hearing, the seeing). Holy Qur’an (42:11)

Tawhid is the belief in the oneness and unity of Allah as expressed in the first of the five Pillars of Islam, the Shahadah

This means that Allah, the Glorified, is One, Unique in Himself, no one of His creatures is like Him
He is the Creator of this Universe, its Owner and its Proprietor and the One Who disposes of all its affairs and there is none like Him

It is a fact dictated by sound intellect and scientific reasoning. It is logically accepted that the self of the cause is different from the effect. The self of the carpenter different from the table, and so the self of the Creator is quite different from that of the creatures

It is worth mentioning that the human intellect can only perceive that which has an image which man invokes in his own mind

Allah , the Glorified , is far from being reducible to this and that is why the mind cannot fathom His essence. Allah, a genderless title which has no plural form

The man is unable to discover the truth about the material of the Universe than how can perceive the essence of the Divine self

Human beings can never fully understand Allah, although Allah has revealed some of himself to humans through the prophets Allah’s spokesmen

The Qur'an contains 99 names for Allah. These help Muslims to understand what Allah is great, eg the Creator, Eternal and the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah , Lord of all creation

              Imam Hussain's (pbuh)
Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on Mohammed and the households of Mohammed , peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

Moharram, the first month of Islamic Calendar, brings along with it a feeling of great sadness and sorrow in the heart of every Muslim. It is a month in which we commemorate Imam Hussain's (pbuh) victory in martyrdom, a victory which has permanently preserved the true Islam till the Day of Judgment. Almighty God has called this a "Momentous Sacrifice" i.e. "Zibhin Aazeem" in Holy Quran, chapter As-Saffat (37:107). We are all forever indebted to Imam Hussain (pbuh) for his great sacrifice. Let us join together and commemorate this loss and learn from the example of Imam Hussain (pbuh). Do you know, what is the Tragedy of Karbala?

he Tragedy of Karbala is about one man, Hussain, who stood against oppression and sacrificed his life and the lives of his companions, his loved ones, his family, his children, including his 6-month-old baby, in the fight against injustice

No man's death in the history of mankind has been commemorated for as long as 14 centuries, year after year, in the same way as Hussain's death. The message of Hussain at the battle Karbala is universal and applies to every day and age.
