In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the Merciful
    Imam Hussain's (pbuh)
Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on Mohammed and the households of Mohammed , peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

Moharram, the first month of Islamic Calendar, brings along with it a feeling of great sadness and sorrow in the heart of every Muslim. It is a month in which we commemorate Imam Hussain's (pbuh) victory in martyrdom, a victory which has permanently preserved the true Islam till the Day of Judgment. Almighty God has called this a "Momentous Sacrifice" i.e. "Zibhin Aazeem" in Holy Quran, chapter As-Saffat (37:107). We are all forever indebted to Imam Hussain (pbuh) for his great sacrifice. Let us join together and commemorate this loss and learn from the example of Imam Hussain (pbuh). Do you know, what is the Tragedy of Karbala?

he Tragedy of Karbala is about one man, Hussain, who stood against oppression and sacrificed his life and the lives of his companions, his loved ones, his family, his children, including his 6-month-old baby, in the fight against injustice

No man's death in the history of mankind has been commemorated for as long as 14 centuries, year after year, in the same way as Hussain's death. The message of Hussain at the battle Karbala is universal and applies to every day and age.

The Belief in the Oneness of Allah in Himself

(….nothing like a likeness of Him; and He is the Hearing, the seeing). Holy Qur’an (42:11)

Tawhid is the belief in the oneness and unity of Allah as expressed in the first of the five Pillars of Islam, the Shahadah

This means that Allah, the Glorified, is One, Unique in Himself, no one of His creatures is like Him
He is the Creator of this Universe, its Owner and its Proprietor and the One Who disposes of all its affairs and there is none like Him

It is a fact dictated by sound intellect and scientific reasoning. It is logically accepted that the self of the cause is different from the effect. The self of the carpenter different from the table, and so the self of the Creator is quite different from that of the creatures

It is worth mentioning that the human intellect can only perceive that which has an image which man invokes in his own mind

Allah , the Glorified , is far from being reducible to this and that is why the mind cannot fathom His essence. Allah, a genderless title which has no plural form

The man is unable to discover the truth about the material of the Universe than how can perceive the essence of the Divine self

Human beings can never fully understand Allah, although Allah has revealed some of himself to humans through the prophets Allah’s spokesmen

The Qur'an contains 99 names for Allah. These help Muslims to understand what Allah is great, eg the Creator, Eternal and the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah , Lord of all creation

In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the Merciful

The Belief in the oneness of Allah in His Attributes

Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on Mohammed and the households of Mohammed, peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

I heard Allah (the Great and Almighty) say in surah Al-Saffat Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe
    Holy Qur’an Chapter: 37, Verse: 180
    سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

He alone has the glorious attributes .He has complete absoluteness, in knowledge, power, will, wisdom, independence, etc. He is above all faults, and so one is like Him in His attributes. It is logical that the attributes follow the self, and so the qualities of the sun are different from that of the dust, likewise, Allah’s attributes are different from that of the creatures

It clarifies that He, alone, possesses the praised attributes
This is the meaning of Allah’s saying

Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe

That means that Allah is above any fault the polytheists attribute to Him. The belief in the oneness of Allah in His attributes cannot be comprehended except after stating the attributes which are truly Allah’s. They are called the attributes of perfection like having power, Knowledge, will, choice, life, eternity, perpetuity and wisdom, etc. This entails denying whatever attributes that are not His. Like that of imperfection and fault , like the need for time and space, doing evil, incarnation , movement , having members of greatness or the negative attributes

    لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ

How can man perceive the essence of the Divine self while he is unable to discover the truth about the material of the universe. Though he can see and feel it and can describe it and know its effects. He, still, cannot know its essence , even if he can break it down into its component elements

In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the Merciful
    Islamic doctrine
Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on
Mohammed and the households of Mohammed , peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

Allah is above human qualities as these are characteristic of morals. Allah is the absolute, the Independent, and the Sufficient

Believing in the Oneness of Allah, can according to Islamic doctrine be understood in four distinct points

The Belief in the Oneness of Allah in Himself-
The belief in the Oneness of in His Attributes-
The belief in the Oneness of Allah in His Actions-
The Belief in the Oneness of Allah in worship-

In the other side Islamic doctrine be understood as it is, references are to the Quran (Koran) where applicable

    God
(There is only one God (5:73; 112:1-4-
(God is called Allah by Muslims (5:73-
(Allah sees all things (40:20) and is present everywhere (2:115; 7:7-
(Allah is the sole creator and sustainer of the universe (3:191-
(Allah is not a Trinity but is one (5:73-
    (Allah is all-knowing (2:268; 10:61) and all-powerful (6:61-62-
    (Allah created the heaven and earth (2:29; 6:1, 73; 25:61-62; 36:81; 46:33-

The belief in Allah as the Creator of the great universe is the base of Islam, and the criterion of thought, education, behavior and action of the Muslim

On this foundation .all the details of the doctrine, nature and life’s philosophy, etc. are built upon

Belief in Allah , in Islam ,is based on logical evidence. Islam disapproves of imitation

In this respect ,Imam Ali bin Abi –Talib (a.s.) is quoted to have said

The first step of religion is to accept, understand and realize Him (Allah) a perfection of understanding lies in conviction and the true way of conviction is to sincerely believe that there is on god but He

Islamic doctrine is rooted in the pure belief in the Oneness of Allah ,the Glorified , and that there is no one but Him , no like Him , or opposite Him ,etc. Allah is the Absolute ,the Independent , and Sufficient

In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the Merciful
    (Doctrine (‘aqidah
Prayers of Allah and the prayers of his angels, prophets, messengers and all creatures, on Mohammed and the households of Mohammed , peace on him and them and Allah mercy, blessings

It is the whole body of ideas and concepts relating to the explanation of origin of the universe and life and all related precepts and thought

Concepts concerning the creation of the universe, i.e. the belief in Allah. The belief that there is an end to the universe , the belief in the Prophets, and Messengers of Allah , the belief in the imamah which are rightful successors of Mohammed peace on him and the households of Mohammed , the belief hereafter , and other off-shoot like the belief in the angels. Fate…etc. constitute what is called the ‘divine doctrine ‘

Islamic doctrine is built on basic pillars, from which many branches diverge. The main pillars are

The Belief in the oneness of Allah-
    The Belief in Prophethood-
    The Belief in the imamah-
    The Belief in Hereafter-
    The Belief in Divine justice-
